placidly among the noise and haste,
Treasure the quiet moments you taste,
Have no arguments with people around you,
Speak the truth quietly, clearly if only two.
Avoid loud and aggressive people they are bad for the
spirit,
Do not compare yourself with others you'll be vain and
bitter with it,
Have time to listen to the ignorant, dull and old,
Enjoy your achievements and your plans too,
Keep interested in your career if only for you,
You have to have caution in business out there,
For the world is full of trickery it isn't fair.
Many a person strive for high ideals today,
Everywhere around you heroism is at bay,
Be yourself and do not feign affection and love,
Let's have peace and fly the white dove.
Take kindly to the passing of years surrendering gracefully,
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you from misfortune
tastefully,
But do not distress yourself with dark images of life,
Do not give up in trouble and strife.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness today,
Beyond a discipline, beyond the trees and skies delay,
No doubt the universe is unfolding as it should be,
Why can't the people open the hearts and see.
Therefore, be at peace with god inside,
Whatever your labour and aspirations decide,
In the noisy confusion of life keep at peace in your
soul,
Among the shame, drudgery and broken dream, Keep Whole.
